Pierre Wils has spent 40 years in the pharmaceutical industry, leading teams involved in pre-formulation, formulation and process development of small molecules, biotherapeutics and nucleic acids modalities. He pioneered early work on Non-Viral Gene Delivery approaches, developing innovative approaches for nucleic acids formulation. In his most recent position, he was Global Scientific Advisor for the mRNA Center of Excellence of Sanofi Vaccines division, and is now offering consulting and training services for biotech companies. Pierre graduated from the Institut National Agronomique in Paris, France and received his PhD in Molecular and Cellular Pharmacology at the Institut Gustave Roussy.
