A biochemist engineer by training (Bordeaux Polytechnic Institute), Frédérique also holds a Master of Business Administration from KEDGE Business School. Frédérique has 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, gained first at AstraZeneca, UK working on the analytical development of therapeutic proteins and antibodies. Frederique subsequently worked within the CDMO Bertin Pharma (now Eurofins), focusing mainly on generic product development and licensing. Frédérique then spent then over 10 years at Capsugel/ Lonza, as Pharmaceutical BD Manager, providing technical and regulatory guidance in drug delivery solutions for oral and pulmonary administration. Since 2022, Frédérique is VP, BD Europe at Nanoform, an innovative nanoparticle medicine-enabling company supporting global pharma and biotech partners to devise solutions to complex formulation challenges, thereby allowing new drugs to reach the market or improving existing treatments by facilitating more patient-centric dosage forms.
