Andreas Lehmann is a pharmacist by training with a PhD in Pharmaceutical Technology. He began his career as a Scientific Expert at Merz Consumer Care GmbH and, in 2019, joined the Center of Excellence for Biopharmacy at Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany. He served as Associate Director for Digital Science and, since 2025, has been Head of Digital Excellence, leading the IT/OT, digital, and data strategy for the Darmstadt Development Site at Merck Healthcare KGaA.
