Dr. Julia Lodder-Gadaczek is the Director and Head of the Department Bioanalytics, Innovation and Services in the R&D department at LTS Lohmann Therapy Systems AG. She holds a degree in Biochemistry and a PhD in Molecular Biomedicine. Since 2013, she has been working at LTS as a scientist in analytical development. Since 2015, she has been the laboratory head for IVPT studies and, since 2025, the head of analytical development. Since 2026 the Head of Bioanalytics, Innovation and Services. Dr. Lodder-Gadaczek has authored numerous scientific publications and is a recognized expert in her field. She has significantly contributed to the development of new analytical methods and is known for her ability to solve complex scientific problems. In her spare time, she is involved in various scientific communities and regularly gives lectures at international conferences.
