Géraldine Broeckx is a Principal Scientist in the Oral Solids Development department at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicines. Over nearly eight years at J&J, she has contributed to both early and late stage development of oral solid dosage forms, with particular expertise in film coating. Recently, Géraldine has been embedded in the oral peptide delivery platform, developing coating centric strategies to enhance oral bioavailability of peptides by integrating formulation science and process development. She earned her PhD from the University of Antwerp in Pharmaceutical Technology and Biopharmacy, where her doctoral research focused on spray drying of probiotic bacteria.
