Dr Frederik Becher is a Formulation Development Scientist at Immunocore, focused on translating novel TCR-based bispecific therapeutics into clinically viable drug products. His work centres on overcoming formulation and delivery challenges associated with highly potent, low-dose and high-concentration biologics. He has contributed to multiple programmes from early development through to late-stage clinical studies, with experience in stability assessment, excipient strategies, and enabling reliable drug delivery under clinically relevant conditions. Frederik holds a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Cambridge, specialising in peptide biophysics and aggregation, and works at the interface of formulation, delivery, and clinical application.
