Laure Descamps is a Senior Formulation Scientist at Ardena, specialising in solid-dosage development and process understanding. She holds a Master’s in Drug Development and Industrial Pharmacy and a PhD from Ghent University’s Laboratory of Pharmaceutical Process Analytical Technology, where she focused on tabletting behaviour, material characterisation, and compression challenges in collaboration with the industry. At Ardena, she applies this expertise to formulation design, process optimisation, and early-phase drug product development. Her work supports robust development strategies that help advance complex molecules efficiently toward clinical evaluation.
