I’m an engineer by trainee that has always been interested in drug product development. Since my start at UCB 8 years ago I’ve had the opportunity to work on pharmaceutical development and clinical manufacturing. My expertise is mainly on oral solid dosage form with a particular interest in process development. I’ve had the opportunity to work on continuous manufacturing and especially on continuous wet granulation process. My role within UCB is to identify scientifically the best formulation and process for clinical formulations and to prepare for later scale up and validation exercises.
