I joined Pfizer UK in 2012 as a formulation and process development scientist with particular focus on the development of early and late-stage small molecule parenteral and oral liquid products. During this time, I had the opportunity to work on several programs from formulation and process optimization, technology transfer, commercialisation and regulatory authoring. After 9 years, I switched roles within Pfizer, joining the clinical drug product manufacturing group in 2021 as a senior manager. This opportunity has allowed me to focus more on the DP manufacturing and tech transfer challenges associated with parenteral biotherapeutics. Prior to joining Pfizer, I had completed by PhD in drug delivery at the School of Pharmacy, Queens University Belfast.
