Chemical Engineer from Chimie ParisTech, Florentina continued her studies with a PhD in Material/Polymer Science obtained in collaboration between the University Claude Bernard and Solvay, Lyon, France. After working for Solvay, she joined Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Beerse, Belgium in 2016, where she focused first on material science aspects in oral dosage forms, more specifically critical material attributes, amorphous solid dispersions and sustained release formulations and then transitioned to formulation and process development of oral solids (roller compaction, direct compression).
