We present a completely new method to monitor ice crystallization and sublimation during freeze drying; This method is bases on already existing sensors and therefore does not necessitate any hardware investment, while it is providing essential information of the process. it can be used in practice as a guide for the scale-up, limit the number of engineering of validation batches, demonstrate the consistency of the production.
