After her graduation as a pharmacy technician, she joined a German CDMO specialized in solid dosage forms where she won deeper knowledge in R&D and quality control. Her focus was on the development and transfer from pharmaceutical and nutraceutical tablets and capsules. Before joining Shin-Etsu she was in charge of the optimization of the production, scale-up/validation. Since 2012 she provides technical support to key account customers as well as distributors in the EMEA area.
