Wouter is a seasoned expert in controlled release drug delivery and inventor of 19 patents related to controlled release formulations. Before joining Sever Pharma Solutions he had oversight over the pharmaceutical development of polymer-based delivery systems within MSD (Merck) and the legacy companies Schering Plough and Organon between early 1999 and late 2015. At Sever Pharma Solutions he is responsible for Research and Development, including Regulatory Affairs and Project Management. Wouter graduated from the University of Amsterdam and holds an MSc in Chemical Engineering.
