With an education in human factors engineering in France and a PhD in mechanical engineering in Germany, Muriel has been working in the aerospace field, in the automotive and consumer field before entering the pharmaceutical world. Over the past 30 years, Muriel has been focusing on user/patient needs, and how to design “things” to create great experience. Currently she focuses on digital innovations and how they can serve the Novartis Innovation Leaders to enhance drug development and ultimately serve patients.
