Pedro Monteiro, M.Sc. is a formulation scientist in the oral drug product development at Hovione R&D. Pedro has a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering (IST, Lisbon) with a specialization in fluid mechanics. For the last 4 years Pedro has been working in the pharmaceutical industry, initially as a modelling scientist and later as a formulation scientist. Yearly years focused on innovation and development of automated equipment for screening of ASD’s.
