Martin Rausch is the Head of Human Factors Engineering at Boehringer in Ingelheim, Germany. With a wealth of experience, he has made significant contributions to the development and optimization of human factors engineering processes in the medical device industry. Prior to joining Boehringer Ingelheim, he held positions at Sanofi, Olympus and Philips Healthcare, where he managed teams and played key roles in optimizing human factors engineering processes. Martin also has experience in product management and software development. He holds a master’s degree in computer science. With his expertise, Martin has been contributing to Human Factors community and the field of medical device development for more than a decade.
